How to Reschedule Your Appointment

So you've scheduled your appointment and need to move it? Here's what you do:

First, pull up the confirmation email you received when you first made the appointment. At the bottom of the email you should see a message about rescheduling with a link. Click on the link and it will bring you to your appointment screen. From there, you can reschedule or cancel (but you don't really want to do that, do you?).

If you didn't get a confirmation email, it's because you didn't provide your email address when you made the appointment (or because your appointment is less than 48 hours from when you scheduled it). So give me a call or email me and I'll reschedule it for you.

If your appointment is less than 12 hours away and you'd like to reschedule, you'll need to call or email me to do so. REMINDER: Our cancellation policy requires a 12 hour notice for cancellations. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before your appointment are subject to a $20 cancellation fee.
